The right AI solution starts with understanding what the business and its teams actually need. Instead of choosing technology based on impressive features
Every successful hire starts with the same question: What does the business actually need?
Nobody starts by searching for the most impressive CV and hoping they'll eventually find the right role for that person. The conversation usually begins much earlier. A team is overwhelmed, customer requests are taking longer than they should, or valuable hours are disappearing into repetitive work. Once the gap is clear, finding the right person becomes a much easier decision.
The same principle applies to AI.
It's easy to get excited by new platforms, impressive demos, and everything the latest technology promises to do. But the better question is often much simpler: "What would your team stop doing tomorrow if they had the choice?"
The answer to this question usually point toward the right AI solution far more effectively than any product comparison ever will.
After all, the best hires aren't remembered because they had the strongest CV. They're remembered because they made life easier for everyone around them.
Maybe AI should be evaluated the same way.
